Starting December 16, 2025, Meta will use your voice and text chats with its AI tools to tailor what you see—posts, ads, Reels—just like it uses likes and follows today. You won’t be able to opt out of this change if you use Meta AI. Sensitive themes like religion, health, politics, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or union membership won’t be used in targeting. The update won’t include the UK, EU, or South Korea at first. You’ll be alerted starting October 7.
