HTS claims it speeds responses by 4×, cuts servicing costs by about 65 %, and maintains customer satisfaction levels close to human agents. HTS Assist also surfaces upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g. hotel bookings when flights are delayed), turning service interactions into revenue streams.
